With the Central Texas Stampede, every order adds momentum to our mission to bring pro hockey back to the Heart of Texas. We know you want your gear as quickly as possible, and we take pride in packing every order by hand to get it out the door with speed and care.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped directly from Central Texas. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). During exceptionally high-volume periods, such as new merchandise drops, processing may occasionally take an extra day. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Free Shipping & Rates

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

  • Standard Rates: For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email notification containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the initial scan.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We want you to have your gear, plain and simple. While we cannot control carrier delays or weather disruptions once the package is handed off to USPS, we are always here to help.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or your postal carrier.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or presumed lost in transit, please contact us at contact@stampede-hockey.com, and we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and find a resolution.
