Tyson Cross appeared in four games for the 1999-2000 Central Texas Stampede, the franchise's most successful regular season. Playing defense on a roster that finished 50-17-3 and claimed the Central Division title, Cross saw limited action on a team that would boast the WPHL's best record and stingiest defense that year. He left the Stampede for Fort Worth.
